Shipping & Returns

Return Policy
15% restocking fee on all returns. Unused, unworn products may be returned for a refund of the product price, less shipping, less restocking fee, with in 2 weeks of receipt of the item. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. Purchaser must notify Risto Sports of their intent to return the item prior to shipping the item back to Risto Sports. Custom/personalized shoes are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Exchanges

Detailed sizing is posted on website. Purchaser pays for shipping each way.  Items must be in unworn condition and exchanged with in 2 weeks.  Limit of 1 exchange per order item.

USA Shipping

All shipping rates are based on US addresses (US zip code). Most items ship via FEDEX ground or USPS priority mail. We can ship to APO’s and PO Boxes.

International Shipping

International shipping is available. After placing your order, we will notify you of the total shipping costs then charge your credit card. Please note that your customs may assess taxes, duties, and/or fees; these are not included in the shipping costs.

Order fulfillment

All in stock items ship within one business day of payment. Should an item be backordered, we will notify you.
Custom orders may take up to 14 weeks.

Payment

To keep prices low, we accept Visa, Mastercard, money orders, wires or checks.
