Coach Ivan Rojas

Coach Ivan Rojas has over 25 years of weightlifting coaching experience. Ivan received formal training from the most reknowned training systems in sport. Through Olympic solidarity, Ivan was able to train in behind the iron curtain and learn the training systems of Russia, Bulgaria, and Cuba.

Coach Ivan is continuously in the pursuit of knowledge. Through his work with Risto Sports, he continues to have contact with national coaches of weightlifitng powers, training and working with elite international athletes such as World weightlifting medalist Ubaldina Valoyes.

 In other words, Ivan is the real thing.  Life is short, so learn from the best!
