We will be having a free Open house on Saturday, May 21, from 11AM to 4PM at:

In attendance will be:
- 2 Time Olympian, Carlos Andica, of Colombia and will be lifting.
- Dr Alfredo Herrera, our technical director and weightlifting luminary, will also be around for
- Olympic hopeful Gwendolyn Sisto will be lifting
- Head Coach Ivan Rojas
- The undefeated prodigy – LG
