Here are some pics from Training in Sherbrooke and Quebec City, both in Quebec, Canada.
Above is after a workout at Sherbrooke Club. Annie, Dominic, David, Owen in Back; Gwen and little Gwen in front.
Here I am in Quebec City, Overlooking the St Lawrence River, they actually bring huge criuse ships up here, in front of the Chateau Frontenac (top picture).
Amazing views form Maine RT 201, on the way to Canada.
